1991 Dnipro + 1991 Ivano-Frankivsk

The result of the collaboration between the 1991 Open Data Incubator and the regional offices in Dnipro and Ivano-Frankivsk is a diverse range of innovative projects focused on addressing local challenges.

The Dnipro branch, inaugurated in November 2016, showcased impactful projects such as the Navizor road quality control program, demonstrating the incubator's commitment to addressing local infrastructure issues. The "Polyclinic without queues" initiative also streamlined healthcare by enabling remote doctor appointments. Noteworthy startups emerging from the Dnipro division included solutions for volunteer firefighters, an interactive tourist guide, a business directory utilizing open data, and a platform facilitating communication between condominiums.

Established in February 2017, the Ivano-Frankivsk branch produced six innovative projects following a three-month incubation period. Among these projects are:

• TariffCounter: Simplifies utility bill calculations, considers subsidies, and provides real-time tariff values.
• Municipal Data Center: A platform for collecting and utilizing big data about residents, city infrastructure, and communal services.
• HeroMeter: Organizes the collection of information about citizen-financed projects, fostering transparency.
• eSTATE-IF: Offers access to information about municipal real estate with electronic services for real estate rental.
• UrbanWorkout: A service facilitating the discovery of convenient locations and companions for sports activities.
• Invest-Target: Empowers analysis of open data to identify corrupt connections, promoting lawful conduct among officials.

Collectively, these projects represent the outcomes of the 1991 Open Data Incubator's regional branches, showcasing the potential of open data and innovation in addressing specific challenges within local communities.
